Cornerstone of Spirituality and Academia

Marquette has been one of Milwaukee's private vocational schools since 1881. The school offers 80 majors and operates several other Catholic educational institutions throughout Wisconsin and the Milwaukee area.

In the The first Archbishop of Milwaukee, Rev. John Martin Henni, dreamed of establishing a Catholic secondary school in Milwaukee that would encourage students to develop their minds as well as their souls. The staff, faculty, and student body are guided by Ignatian spirituality, and community involvement and group retreats are a common part of daily academic life.
