Sakaya Kitchen cooks up Asian fusion cuisine with a primary Korean emphasis. It's the brainchild of Chef Richard Hales, who has a decidedly non-Korean name but came to Asian cooking by way of years of backpacking and living in the region. Hales effort has paid off with several awards and a feature on The Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."
