You might initially assume that "otentic" is the French equivalent of "authentic" in English ... not the case though, and honestly no one is really sure where the name comes from. What we can tell you is that you'll find fresh French fare made from ingredients purchased daily, ranging from coffee and pastries for breakfast to sit-down meals of steak and fresh fish served until 11 P.M. every day.
Your general French desserts and pastries, such as creme brulee and macaroons, are of course always a safe bet here. For a meal, some of the local favorites are the Steak Maurice (covered in brie and mushrooms) and the duck breast with caramelized onions.
