World's Weirdest Parade

The King Mango Strut Parade is easily the weirdest parade in the world. Held each year in December and running through Coconut Grove in Miami, from Commodore Plaza around Main Highway and along Grand Avenue before ending again at Commodore Plaza.

The parade is full of irreverent people, lots of local art, and some fashion parades that are truly eye opening. It all began back in 1982 as a way to parody many of the previous year's events and stories, so there are plenty floats passing by filled with quirky fashions and weird characters, along with plenty of lampoons directed at local and national figures.

Since its inception, the parade has grown to include lots of fun and wacky people willing to make fun of everything and anything.
