Food for Body and Soul

This festival dates back to the happy carefree 60s when Coconut Grove was a cohesive alternative arty neighborhood. Since then, it's grown, but there is still a feeling about the festival that reminds you of its free-spirited origins.

It's a festival of visual art, food and music with 360 artists selling their work. Some may be working on their pieces as you wander through. It's a great place to pick up a piece of original art you can afford.

The food is way beyond classic fairground fare: it's now proper restaurant standard, with demonstrations and tastings from local chefs of note.

Performing artists provide congenial music on the main waterfront stage, with Latin and Caribbean sounds featuring heavily, while intimate stages at various spots throughout the festival add theatre and dance to the heady mix.
