Casa Panza's an across-the-board destination for a sultry Miami evening: a place to enjoy topnotch Spanish food and take in some fiery Flamenco (on the weekends). Dig into tapas-style dishes summoning the savory diversity of Spain's cookery and toast your table with a glass of sangria, a tall cerveza, or one or two mojitos. You should thereby be suitably inspired for the live show, with its exuberant singing, swooping dresses, and nimble guitar.
Keep in mind that Casa Panza's a bit on the pricier side of things, and that there's a cover charge for the Flamenco performances. For an Iberian-flavored night on the town, though, it's a real contender.
