Take a trip to Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and tour the fascinating lighthouse and cottage that were originally built in 1825 and rebuilt in 1845. There is no charge for the tours, which take place twice daily, five days a week. This state park is at the southern tip of Key Biscayne.
Enjoy the lovely beach, and rent chairs and umbrellas to relax or bicycles to explore the area. Activities include fishing and kayaking, and two restaurants offer delicious meals. Overnight camping is allowed in the designated area if you feel like a longer stay.
