A.D. Barnes Park is named after the first Director of the Parks and Recreation Department who believed that recreation and outdoor spaces were needed for the citizens of Miami. This 65-acre park is nestled in the heart of one of Miami's busiest areas and offers a great retreat for everyone.
There are picnic tables by the river that let you soak up some Vitamin D during your lunch hour, as well as many walking paths for some exercise, and a lot of open spaces for a game of soccer or football with your friends.
