The S.S. Lane Victory was build in 1945 in Los Angeles, so it's quite fitting that the ship is, today, a floating museum that once served during WWII as well as in Korean and Vietnam Wars. For ship lovers, a visit aboard affords visitors the opportunity to step back in time. The ship also boasts a fascinating museum filled with memorabilia from the wars and weapons. Visitors are allowed to roam the ship and its decks while some simply prefer to watch the current crew at work.
