Five to Eight Courses

The subtle, classy brown and gray décor of Orsa & Winston kind of fades to the background when set against the colorful, fanciful and expertly plated dishes that come out of the open kitchen. GQ, Food & Wine Magazine, and LA Weekly include it in their best-of lists, and chef Josef Centeno gets a rave review from LA Times critic Jonathan Gold. Featuring dishes with Spanish and French influences, among others, there are two set menus that change on a nightly basis: One is a five-course meal, and the second is eight courses. The wine list is as impressive as the menu, and the desserts are little culinary masterpieces.
