Walk Through History

Actually, it's a Miracle Mile and a Half. Located in the middle of the Wiltshire District, the Miracle Mile is a long stretch of retail stores, ad agencies, cafes, publishing companies, and some of LA's most famous museums. Many of the buildings along the Miracle Mile were constructed in the gorgeous Art Deco style, originally designed in the early 1920s. While much of the architecture began showing signs of wear late last century, work is currently underway to restore and remodel many of these historical treasures along the stretch. So what are you waiting for? Put on your walking shoes and head out on a trip through Los Angeles history.
