LA is about as far away from Maine as it's possible to get and still be on the same continent, but these two cousins from Maine wanted to bring the freshness and authenticity of Maine lobster to the West Coast. With support (financial and business advice) from Barbara Corcoran of Shark Tank fame, they have both food trucks and their non-moving restaurant to bring the goodness of their home state to their adopted one.
Using fresh Maine lobster, they offer rolls, tacos, quesadilla, tails and even tater tots served with warmed lobster. Or try their lobster BLT or bisque. If you want something without lobster (what?), there's also the Maine-style red snapper hot dog. Finestkind.
