Look Out on the Pacific

Beard's Hollow is a unique natural attraction that is associated with historic lore. The hollow beach is situated in a cliff and overlooks the majestic Pacific. The site was named after a ship captain who met his end near the mouth of the Columbia River where his ship sank. His body was discovered near Beard's Hollow. Many people make the trek to this beach for its great views. The trail to the beach also offers outdoor enthusiasts a great time. If you are looking to spend time near the water, be sure to head here with a picnic lunch.
