This place dutifully archives defining Sin City signs of all shapes and sizes, many of them populating the outdoor repository aptly called the Neon Boneyard.
You can explore the Neon Museum via guided tours, while the Neon Boneyard North Gallery's available for photo shoots, weddings, and other special events. Turns out the afterlife of neon signs can be pretty plush--in Vegas, anyway.
