JO2 puts the multicultural pizzazz of Hawaii Regional Cuisine at center stage. Chef Jean-Marie Josselin draws upon the techniques of his native France, the refined cookery of Japan, and loads of Pacific Rim flavor to conjure masterpieces out of Kauai-grown heirloom vegetables and local seafood.
