The beautiful and historic OKRA Charity Saloon occupies a 19th-century building along Congress that spent its early decades serving patrons as the Original Casino Saloon. Its modern guise nods to that glass-clinking heritage as a cheery pub, but one with a noble purpose: For every drink you buy, you get to cast a vote for one of four local charities, chosen by OKRA (the Organized Kollaboration on Restaurant Affairs).
