This is a small, intimate aquarium ideal for visitors looking for a bite-sized aquatic outing - it can be viewed in about an hour and a half. Younger visitors, particularly, find plenty to enjoy there, but it's not so big that they are likely to get bored. It's probably best suited for a family with young children rather than teenagers who may want something more sensational.
There are beautiful fish of every size and hue, including some rarities that aren't often seen in larger aquariums. The display of glowing jellyfish is a highlight, as are the impressive giant clams. The lovely location on Waikiki Beach gives a visit to the aquarium just that little bit something extra.
