Traditional Spanish cuisine is often difficult to find in the United States, and to have such a restaurant with its high standards and superb service has made Café Seville particularly popular in the area. Their tapas and soups will put you in the mood for the entrees, including a very nice selection of fish dishes. (Of course! This is South Florida.) The seafood paella - "the national dish of Spain" - is particularly tempting. Other choices include chicken, beef and pork or lamb chops. The wine menu is extensive and includes, of course, a wide selection of Spanish whites, reds and special reserves.
Keep in mind that it is a very small restaurant, so you should make reservations several days in advance. It is well worth planning ahead, as the staff is renowned for treating diners with close attention.
