Butterfly World was the first butterfly house in the United States and it is the largest in the world. For over 25 years, Butterfly World has brought three acres of butterfly aviaries and botanical gardens to South Florida. It also features a working butterfly farm and research center that has been instrumental in saving the endangered Schaus Swallowtail butterfly that is becoming reestablished in South Florida.
Butterfly World has expanded to include two additional aviaries for a variety of birds and hummingbirds. If you love the outdoors and the delicate creatures that are the world's butterflies, Butterfly World is a beautiful and educational experience for people of all ages.
