Ends With a Bang

How does the world-famous Daytona International Speedway celebrate Independence Day? With the revving engines and burning rubber of the Coke Zero 400, the other stock-car race (along with the Daytona 500) in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series that this legendary track hosts. Held on the Saturday of Fourth of July weekend, the 160-lap, 400-mile race takes place at night, ramping up the drama. And it comes bracketed by festivities: concerts, a Congressional Medal of Honor ceremony, and, after the motorsports action, a humdinger of a fireworks display.
