Monkey King Noodle Co. offers genuine Northern Chinese street-food served from a kiosk. MKNC chefs are highly acclaimed for their specialty house-made noodles and dumplings.
Diners enjoy paper cups full of spicy beef noodle soup with fresh herbs and plenty of cilantro served piping hot or cold with garlic vinaigrette. Other menu items include Dan Dan noodles with ground pork seasoned with garlic, ginger, and scallions, chicken soup, wontons in chili sauce, and pork or vegetarian edamame dumplings. All of these pair beautifully with the spicy cucumber salad or Asian slaw.
