As one of the largest collections of Spanish art in the world (outside of Spain), the Meadows Museum of Art—or the Prado on the Prairie, as it’s been called—is a must for any art aficionado’s trip to Dallas. There’s everything from alter pieces to paintings, all dating from the 10th to the 20th centuries—and with works by Velasquez, Goya, and Picasso, you can rest assured that you’re going to be in for a real treat. There are also sculptures by Rodin and a host of other masters in the sculpture garden outside.
