Make no mistake, Crossroads Diner is certainly a good old fashioned American Diner. However, this scrumptious restaurant was opened by chef Tom Fleming who worked for many years in fine dining establishments, gaining experience in traditional French cooking before he "took off the white gloves" and decided to follow his passion for hearty comfort food. Crossroads is truly a crossroads between hearty American diner food and high quality gourmet fare. Everything is amazing but don't miss the sticky buns that are simply to die for. They offer all of your diner favorites like slow cooked grits, buttermilk pancakes, eggs benedict, and more. They also have a full lunch menu that they start serving at 11am.
