The story of Rocco's goes back almost a hundred years. The saga began in 1922, when Giovanni and Virginia Biale left Genoa with their young family and set out for America. Giovanni eventually opened the Biale Meat Market in San Francisco, and from there evolved Rocco's Ristornate & Pizzeria as it stands today.
The menu follows the formula of a traditional Italian pizzeria, which aside from pizza, also includes pasta, salads, soups, and sandwiches. Rocco's is also active as part of the community, hosting live music events, fundraisers, awards shows, and team parties.
