It's difficult to choose between the exotic, succulent, and spicy dishes that come from Southeast Asia. Lemongrass Bistro makes this choice easier by combining the foodie traditions of Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia into one savory spot.
Fresh herbs and spices, used with skill and care, make these dishes deliciously different. In 2009, when the restaurant first opened, it was mother Boun Pheng cooking food in the kitchen, while the owners constructed a trendy and chic bistro space in which it could be enjoyed. This tradition continues today, with the same dishes coming from the kitchen, and an interior decor designed by students from the Academy of Art in San Francisco.
