Canasta Kitchen uses a secret ingredient when they make their delicious Mexican cuisine, the same ingredient used in the cooking of many mothers and grandmaslove, or the Spanish translation "amor." After the Canasta Kitchen's food truck's tremendous popularity, owners Ivan Tellez and Carlos Rivas decided to open a restaurant.
The minimalist d̩cor in the caf̩ is modern and comfortable. There is also a small outdoor seating area. The owners are often present in the restaurant, willing to greet each customer with a friendly smile.
The breakfast menu features a range of Mexican-influenced dishes, including huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos, eggs, and omelets. The lunch and dinner menus are also packed with plenty of delicious options, including quesadillas, tacos, empanadas, and flautas. The caf̩ also serves beer, wine, mimosas, and sangria.
