It takes a great deal for a new restaurant to make an impression in the Chicago dining scene, but Oriole has managed that very thing. Located in the West Loop neighborhood, chef Noah Sandoval and pastry chef Genie Kwon offer an extended tasting menu on a prix-fixe basis.
