Thought-Provoking Dining

It takes a great deal for a new restaurant to make an impression in the Chicago dining scene, but Oriole has managed that very thing. Located in the West Loop neighborhood, chef Noah Sandoval and pastry chef Genie Kwon offer an extended tasting menu on a prix-fixe basis.

Unusually, the sommelier, Aaron McManus offers two types of pairings. The "beverage" option includes wine, beer and sake, but there is a wine-only pairing as well. The dining room is intimate and elegantly simple. If you are visiting Chicago and want to experience the most recent restaurants in the city, be sure to make your reservations well in advance.
