The Baha'i faith is all-welcoming, with its central doctrines of worship of God and the unity of all religions. If you are a follower of Baha'i or wish to explore the faith, you are encouraged to attend the House of Worship when you are visiting in or near Wilmette, Illinois. But even if you are not of the Baha'i faith, the House of Worship is still worth a gander. A large white domed building with nine sides, intricately designed and surrounded by a lush and manicured garden makes this house of worship a sight to behold for any architecture buff.
As a place of worship, visitors are asked to be respectful of this house. Shoes and shirts are required, and modest dress is encouraged. Guide dogs are allowed.
