Inspired by a legendary Cannes brasserie favored by none other than Ernest Hemingway, La Voile brings superbly authentic Meridional dishes (and character) to Boston. With most of the La Voile team hailing from France, the commitment to the real deal when it comes to everything from charcuterie and foie gras to soupe de poissons and filet de boeuf isn't at all surprising.
The attention the proprietors pay to recreating a full-on French brasserie here in Beantown extends, naturally, to the wine list, too. That's worth a toast: Tchin tchin!
