Theo's is at the cheap and cheerful end of the market. It's a small and busy family-run diner where the service is fast and efficient but always friendly. The owners know what their regulars will be eating as they come in the door.
You'll get standard Italian and American fare with the occasional Brazilian twist, spaghetti, burgers, fried breakfasts and home fries, with as much coffee as you want. All the old favorites, done to perfection.
The quantities are very generous. Don't try to pay with plastic because it's cash or nothing.
