Flour + Sugar = Baked Perfection

If you have a sweet tooth, you'll delight at visiting this bakery which has four locations through Boston in Fort Point, South End, Central Square, and Back Bay. All the baking is done in house by professional bakers.

Pastry chef and owner Joanne Chang brings her love of pastries to Boston with selections of bread, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, and tarts. And if selling their sweet and savory pastries wasn't enough, Flour also offers sandwiches and salads as well as gluten-free selections. Come in for an iced coffee and a fresh baked treat or register for a baking class where you can learn how these delicious confections are made.
