Ubiquitous as tacos are these days in American cuisine, there's still undeniably an art--and an awful lot of Mexican-American cultural pride--that goes into the composition of a truly great one. Amid countless solid options in Austin, Pueblo Viejo is a taco truck not to be missed, what with its diverse fillings, tasty salsas, and affordable menu. There's often quite the hubbub around this little trailer--especially in the morning, when the bleary-eyed, ravenous (and maybe hungover) masses are lining up for Pueblo Viejo breakfast tacos and coffee--but the shady tables encourage lazy munching.
