Executive Chef Nicholas Yanes has spent his career studying Northern Italian cuisine, and in many ways Juniper is the culmination of his life's work. You can expect well-done staples like lasagna and spaghetti, but the menu also incorporates some more unusual items as well as a range of strong cocktails.
