Dubai has a pretty good assortment of vegetarian options, but Rangoli is one of the best choices at the budget end of the bunch. At an asking price of just Dhs10 -- literally a tenth of what some upscale brunch buffets charge -- it's one of the best overall values for dining in the city, even if you aren't a vegetarian.
