Authentic Caribbean Food

Owned by Jamaican transplant Keron Williams, The Pepper Pot offers genuine Caribbean cuisine, melding the tastes of several island cultures. The restaurant is almost a secret in Nassau, at least to tourists, but it is a favorite for local residents. You may find yourself to be the only Bahamian sitting in the dining room.

Everyone loves the chicken jerk and oxtail soup, but they also have many fish dishes and curried mutton/goat as well. Note that credit cards are not accepted.
