The Swedish Museum of Photography has been opened since 2010 in Stockholm, Sweden and has rotating exhibits from photographers around the world. Fotografiska features exhibition spaces, an academy, restaurants, a museum shop and galleries.
Fotografiska is housed at Stadsgården in a building constructed in 1906 which was used originally as a customs house. The original brick exterior of the structure remains, but the interior was renovated to make the museum. Current exhibitions are throughout three floors. The fourth floor has the places to eat and relax while enjoying views of Stockholm over the water. There's even photographs in the restrooms!
