Nautically Themed Seafood

Dive into El Timonel, chef/owner Jaime Sauz’s nautically themed establishment. El Timonel’s Mediterranean menu comprises the freshest seafood including bass, flounder, red mullet and lliva, a local white fish. Its signature dish is dorada a la sal, gilthead sea bream baked in salt to seal in its juices. Paella with prawns and lobster is another must-try. Main course items are priced around 25 euro.
