Drawing inspiration from international Mediterranean cuisine, co-owners Rosa and Hilbert utilize their personal experiences within the Mediterranean yachting community to create unique dishes. Artful dishes include items such as pate of duck liver and shrimps marinated in garlic oil, grilled turbot with pan fried tiger prawns and a light sauce of scampi and whisky, and for dessert a coulant of sweet potato served with cold white chocolate sauce. Special four course menus on Thursday and Sunday priced between 49-59€ come with a glass of wine excellently paired with each dish.
