Pizza Please

Is there a pizza-shaped hole in your heart? Don't worry, it's about to be filled. Spanish tapas are great, but let's face it: everyone needs a bit of Italian now and then. Family-run La Baranda is a small, low-key Italian restaurant serving pizzas featuring all your favorite toppings (salami, artichoke hearts, or just the classic mozzarella), plus an assortment of other Italian mains. Favorites from the non-pizza menu include the seared scallops with black pudding, the lobster ravioli, and the wood-roasted beef fillet with herbs and barolo for two. Reservations are available but not generally required. The "menu of the day" is 12 euro for three courses, which includes one of La Baranda's homemade desserts. Otherwise, costs end up being around 20 euro per person for a meal.
