La Taberna Los Huevos de Lucio is an extention of the restaurant Casa Lucio, opened in 1974, which has been providing Madrilenos with delicious food since. While they do offer tapas, salads, and wine, be sure to try its specialty dish: buevos estrellados (scrambled eggs with potatos).
