Close to the city center, this tapas bar represents the typical tapas bar for Madrileños. Trays of tapas are passed between people, and although not touristy, it is a must see for any visitor. This place gets busy fast, so if you end up having to wait for a table then order a drink and tapas will come with it. On second thought, you should order a drink (and ensuing tapas) anyway. The complimentary appetizers of salad, prosciutto with tomato, and fresh baked pies that come with your meal make this bar popular with the locals—and for good reason.
