You'll find the Meseo de Bellas Artes on the second floor of the Palacio de Carlos V on the Alhambra Hill. However, despite its location, visitors do not have to actually enter the Alhambra complex in order to find it. The museum features an extensive display of 16th and 17th century paintings and sculptures by local artists such as Alonso Cano, Diego de Siloé and Pedro de Mena, much of which is Christian themed. There are also a number of works from the 19th and 20th centuries as well as a book collection of Renaissance and Baroque art.
