Ermita seems to be inspired by shabby tapas bars without actually being a dive. Legs of ham hang from the ceiling and the decor falls nicely into the taxidermy/ bull-fighting category, but it's actually quite tasteful and elegant. And with four different seating areas, it manages to be cozy and intimate as well as spacious. Located on the Plaza de Toros, locals and tourists alike come here for the tapas (croquettes, Iberian ham and cheeses) and stay for the full meals (grilled meat, anyone?).
