With impressive cloisters and an orchard of orange trees, Convento de San Jeronimo is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Granada's main streets. It's an interesting change of pace from the usual Gothic and Moorish architecture, with its Baroque structures and ornamentation. Be sure and check out the ascension of Christ on the main altar. This is a must-see for those interested in the abundant Christian history and myriad of architecture that Granada has to offer.
