This truly unique restaurant, located inside a 16th century castle built by Leopold of Austria, serves freshly prepared Andalusian favorites, such as the cold, thick tomato soup seasoned with ham known as salmorejo. There are also other traditional options such as Cordoba artichokes sautéed with saffron and garlic, cod with garlic au gratin, or a leg of lamb seasoned with garlic and thyme. The dishes served here are prepared with fresh produce picked up daily in the markets. Visitors can choose to dine in the beautiful glass-roofed courtyard, or in one of the 7 well-decorated and cozy dining rooms.
