Before you head to dinner, stop at this wine bar and tapas emporium for an aperitivo. A rotating choice of cow's, goat's, and sheep's milk cheeses pair well with the huge selection of Spanish wines from around the country. The tapas are top-notch, too: favorites include potatoes with savory sauces, skewers of olives and shrimp, and delicate mushroom and foie gras croquettas.
