This family residence, valued at 27 million euros, was Gaudi's first foray into using bright, contrasting ceramic tiles. The tiles have been compiled together in various ways across the residence. The most vibrant of these is a checkerboard style on the buttresses of blue-green and white tiles. Walking around the house, you will see these sorts of patterns blended with red tiles creating a neo-Moorish feel.
