There is every reason for Chef Wishart to take pride in his restaurant, located in the Port of Leith in Edinburgh. Although he opened his restaurant in 1999, he was awarded a Michelin star just two years later, an accolade he has continued to earn every year since.
The menu uses only the finest Scottish ingredients, from Shetland squid and Black Agnes beef to, as you would expect, local salmon. The wine list, however, provides the finest labels from around the world.
