No less than nine different locations throughout St. Lucia host the annual Jazz and Arts Festival, an eclectic combination of music and artwork intended to celebrate island culture. The festival encompasses almost two weeks of celebrating the joy of Caribbean food, culture, and music. One unique addition in recent years has been 'Hot Couture,' an international event focused on fashion.
