Unexpected Beats

No less than nine different locations throughout St. Lucia host the annual Jazz and Arts Festival, an eclectic combination of music and artwork intended to celebrate island culture. The festival encompasses almost two weeks of celebrating the joy of Caribbean food, culture, and music. One unique addition in recent years has been 'Hot Couture,' an international event focused on fashion.

The verdant volcanic peaks that are the defining feature of Pigeon Island National Landmark are one of the scenic venues which has been chosen for live performances and artistic displays. The festivities take place in May, made up of street parties, poetry slams, and cultural explosions.
