Built just in time for the Euro 2004 tournament, this massive stadium is a major source of pride for the soccer fanatics of Lisbon. It’s also pretty controversial, as Sporting’s (the stadium’s home team) rivals are located just over a mile away. The complex also includes a shopping mall and museum for the stadium, which has become a major tourist attraction for soccer fans worldwide.
